Other than the Old Man going away, today was a pretty good one. We'll miss you Old Man.

Cleaning Cleaning Cleaning
Stopped for a cookie break. It's amazing how filthy a bachelor's house can get. BTW - These Swiffer wet cleaners don't clean well, IMHO. I'm finding that I do better surfing a wet towel across the floor. And it's more fun, too. There's something to gliding around with a squishy towel between your toes.
Yes, I've heard of mops. I think I'll be better off getting on my hands and knees with a scrub brush and a bucket.

Praise, Lord, for the good news that the museums in Iraq weren't looted as badly as had been reported previously . Many of the artifacts I saw on the news tonight are very valuable to world culture, not just the Iraqis.
